In the recent issue of Jump Magazine in Japan, it was revealed that creator Tite Kubo"s popular Shonen series will return in 2021. The anime will cover the "Thousand-Year Blood War," which begins in Chapter 480 of the manga to the end of the series in Chapter 686.

No further details on the anime adaptation was revealed.
Bleach fans were devastated when the anime was halted in 2012 after the completion of the "Fullbringer" arc. No official reason was given for the series" cancellation, but many believe that the rising costs of production along with the anime catching up to the manga too quickly were major factors.
Fans can still read the Bleach manga on Shonen Jump. The first few chapters are free while the rest are available for paid subscribers.
Jump/Tite KuboJump magazine also revealed that Burn the Witch, a one-shot from Kubo that debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in June 2018, will be serialized starting this summer with an anime of its own beginning in the Fall.
The story of Burn the Witch takes place in the same world as Bleach but focuses on a group of Shinigami 12 years after the "Thousand-Year Blood War." Also, instead of Japan, Burn the Witch takes place in London.
Studio Colorido is handling the production of Burn the Witch with Jump listing Tatsuro Kawano as the director with the two female leads being voiced by Yuina Yamada as Noel Niihashi and Asami Tano as Spangle Ninii.
In a short interview in Jump, Kubo confirmed that Burn the Witch will be a "short-term serialization."

In other manga/anime-related news, the latest issue of Jump revealed that Samurai 8: The Tale of Hachimaru will end its run with Chapter 43. It can also be read on Shonen Jump.
Samurai 8 was the highly-anticipated new story from Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of the still-popular Naruto series. The story revolves around Hachimaru, a disabled youth who becomes a cosmic samurai to - you guessed it - save the universe from the bad guys. While that"s an oversimplification, Samurai 8 simply couldn"t gain the following and acclaim that Kishimoto"s previous work did.
The Naruto manga ran from 1999 to 2014 spanning 700 chapters. An anime adaptation would run from 2002 to 2017 spanning 500 episodes.
A continuation of the story began in Boruto, which follows the next generation of ninja. This included a cast of young ninja including the titular character who is Naruto"s son, along with the daughter of Sasuke.
Boruto is not written by Kishimoto, only supervised. Ukyo Kodachi is the lead writer on Boruto with Mikio Ikemotoon illustrating. The story debuted in 2016 and is still ongoing in the pages of Shonen Jump. An anime adaptation of Boruto is also still running.
